He spearheaded the company in its initial days with just 3 hank machineries. However with sheer determination and hard work, he was able to establish it into a venture by 2004 with the introduction of Fabric Dyeing in its premises. Over the years, the company has established itself as a leading player in the field of Dyeing of Acrylic Bales and Knitted Fabrics along with Processing of Knitted Fabrics. The company is scaling new heights with each single day under the guided leadership of the two flamboyant leaders and also an efficient and motivated workforce.
RAINBOW SCIENTIFIC DYERS HANK division is an ultramodern setup equipped with machines procured from renowned manufacturers. This advanced setup helps in achieving international finishes as per customer requirements. The division has dyeing machines with a capacity to dye batch sizes ranging from 30Kg to 120Kg.
With an installed capacity of 300 tons or 0.6 million pound of fabric per month our plant has a capability to process all kinds of Knitted Fabric. The division has dyeing machines from reputed makers like Fongs (Hong Kong), Tonyss (Tirupur) and Shree Jee (Ahmedabad) among others with a capacity to dye batch sizes ranging from 40Kg to 800Kg.
The finishing section is responsible for final product quality and offers a wide range of techniques for finishing. It offers finishes in Tubular as well as in Open Widths. The state-of-the-art machinery includes Wet Slitting machine from BIANCO (Italy), Open Compaction from BIANCO (Italy),Tubular Compaction from FERRARO (Italy) for all kinds of PC and Cotton fabrics and special performance finishes, latest raising machines for making best quality fleece fabrics.
At Rainbow Scientific Dyers it is our constant endeavor that we sustain our environment. Therefore, we have installed a Biological Effluent Treatment Plant for our unit, to ensure that all the discharge from the plant is safe and not harmful to the environment. The entire setup has been supplied from one of the finest suppliers of machinery in India.
